
I was part of a digital transformation project team redeveloping the university’s website.
Over two months I worked on copy mostly under the Student Services and Support section. Copy for every page had to be written according to a strict brief, for example:
- Ticking off all user needs identified in subject matter expert (SME) workshops
- Readability/ plain English (many students are not native English speakers)
- SEO principles
- Reviewed and approved by SMEs
- Delivered with metadata and microcopy.
